Get to know us

Since 1998 we develop and evaluate a variety of interpretive products (e.g. exhibitions, adventure trails, guided tours, films, print products, etc.) Our services primarily include:

  • Conceptual planning services,
  • Trainings and
  • Visitor research / evaluation

We provides educational and experiential services for natural and cultural heritage institutions. Our customers are large, protected areas, for example, national parks, nature parks, and biosphere reserves, museums and exhibitions, zoos and wildlife parks, historical sites, botanical gardens, but also municipalities and associations.
We consider visitor research a central task for developing experience-oriented educational programs. For this reason, we have gathered - and in some cases developed ourselves - various digital survey instruments over many years, including VTNT, which is the focus here.
